Setting quarantine options

Login to Spam Quarantine

Change spam quarantine period

Extend the time a message stays in quarantine from 14 to 30 days:

1. Login to the spam quarantine service
2. Select Options
3. Select the date from the drop-down menus
4. Click Save

Messages will remain in quarantine for two weeks after the specified date, allowing you to hold mail in quarantine when you are away for more than two weeks.

Disable spam quarantine

Disable the spam quarantine so that all messages are delivered to your Inbox:

1. Login to the spam quarantine management service
2. Select Options
3. Uncheck Disable all spam and offensive content blocking for my messages
4. Click Save
