Reporting spam and false positives

You can report spam errors directly to the vendor: quarantined messages that are not spam or messages you think should have been marked spam. The vendor uses customers' reports to refine the spam quarantine database.

What are false positives?

A false positive is a legitimate message that is mistakenly marked as spam. False positives are quarantined instead of being delivered to your email inbox. Report them here. You can have false positives delivered to your email box through the web interface.

What about messages the spam quarantine service should have caught?

Spammers are constantly improving and changing their messages to evade spam identification. You can help fight spam by reporting messages the spam quarantine should have caught.
