Release quarantined messages

Login to Spam Quarantine

You may want a quarentined message delivered. From Quarantine, you can take action on 1 or more messages. Otherwise, messages left in quarantine will expire in two weeks.

Release a single message

Click on the message number (in the ID column) in Quarantine to release an individual message. Click send to release the message.

Release via the web

The spam quarantine service will let you release messages individually and in groups.

Reporting misidentifed spam (false positives)

You can report misidentified spam (false positives) directly to the vendor.
