Approve and block senders

Login to Spam Quarantine

You can block delivery of email from certain senders or accept delivery of email from senders whose messages are inadvertently being caught in the spam quarantine.

Approve senders

Wildcards (*) are not recommended for approved senders (such as *@yahoo.com) as they will result is an increase in spam delivered to your mailbox.

To allow delivery from a sender:

1. Log in to the spam quarantine service
2. Click Approved senders
3. Enter the email address of the sender
4. Click Add Sender to add the address to the whitelist.

Important: buffalo.edu is already approved.

Block senders

To block delivery from a sender:

1. Log in to the spam quarantine service
2. Click Blocked senders
3. Enter the email address of the sender
4. Click Add Sender to add the address to the blacklist.
