Problems receiving mail
Activate the mailbox
If you have never received mail at UB, activate your account mailbox.
Check your quota usage
If you have received mail previously, but haven't recently or didn't receive email that you were expecting, you may have exceeded quota. The default quota is 150 MB.
Additonal quota requests are reviewed on an individual basis. Contact CIT Accounts.
You may have a mail filter to forward your email to another address
Delete any forwards you have set.
Verify the size of the messages you are sending/receiving
- You can receive messages up to 25MB (for both the message and all its attachments)
- Attachments must be a combined total of 15MB or less per message
- You can send messages up to 150MB
