Use these settings to connect with your email client from home or while travelling.

client setting: SSL
Outgoing (SMTP)

server: smtp.buffalo.edu
port: 25
client setting: TLS plain text authentication

OR

server: smtp.buffalo.edu
port: 465
client setting: SSL

IMAP for UBmail powered by Google

UBmail powered by Google is only available via the web. IMAP/SMTP are not available to UBmail powered by Google.
