Password problems for certain services
UB dial-up
The UB dial-up service doesn't work with passwords longer than 15 characters. If you have more than 15 characters in your password you won't be able to connect via UB dial-up. We recommend a password of 15 or fewer characters if you use UB dial-up
News (usenet) posting
The news (usenet) service requires authentication to post messages. The service doesn't accept passwords with spaces in them. We recommend avoiding passwords with spaces if you use news.
