My password questions were reset

1. Go to theUB Account Management Tool.
2. Enter your UBITName.
3. Click on Forgot your password?
4. Enter your birthdate in YYYYMMDD format. For instance, if your birthday is September 5, 1989, enter 19890905.
5. Enter your UBCard number.
6. Click Login.
7. Enter your new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
8. Click Change Password
9. Enter your password reset questions.

Password security

Your new password must be secure; insecure passwords will be rejected. Your password must:

• be between 8 and 32 characters in length
• contain at least one uppercase letter
• contain at least one lowercase letter
• contain at least one number
• not have more than four (4) numbers in sequence
• contain at at least one of the following characters:
  

  ~!@#$%^&*()_+=-`{}[]|";'<>,.?/
  

• not contain the following characters:
  

  :\
