Establish your password reset answers
Login to the UB Account Management Tool.
If you are entering answers for the first time you will be automatically brought to the question and answer page. Otherwise, select Change my Authentication Questions and Answers.
- Enter three or more answers to the questions at the top of the screen
- Create your own question and answer at the bottom (be sure to check the box next to it)
- Click Save.
You must answer three predetermined questions and provide one question/answer pair of your own.
If your answers are accepted, you will see the confirmation message that your answers were successfully saved.
