How does it work?
The first time you login, you'll be asked to provide answers for three security questions as well as a question/answer pair of your own. These questions and answers help secure your UB account.
What if I forget my password?
You'll be asked to provide the answers to the questions you were asked when you initially set your password. When you've successfully provided all necessary answers you'll be able to change your password.
CIT Help Desk reset
If you've forgotten the answers to your questions or haven't set your questions, the CIT Help Desk can reset your account to the default questions. Once reset, you can login and create a new password.
