Online Directory
The UB Online Directory contains contact information for UB students, faculty, staff, and other affiliated individuals.
What can I change online?
You may change information in the User-Supplied Information section.
- Enter your UBITName on the directory update page.
- Update the user-supplied information fields.
- Enter your password and click "Send changes".
Changes to the User-Supplied Information section are made immediately.
What can't I change online?
Everything under Institutional Information is connected to your information in official University records. The Institutional Information section will change when the University official records have been updated.
- If you are a student, contact the Student Response Center.
- If you are faculty, staff, or volunteer, contact the personnel department in your office.
Can I be removed from the online directory?
Students may have name, affiliation and department information removed from the online directory. Please see the Information Release & Directory Publication Policy.
Faculty, staff, and volunteer information cannot be removed information from the online directory.
