UBITName Deactivation
You are a Senior Auditor
Your UBITName is active for a limited time, based on the expiration date of your Senior Auditor card.
How to request an extension
- Obtain a new Senior Auditor card from the Student Response Center
- Bring the card to the CIT Help Desk walk-in office and request an extension.
Why did I get a deactivation notice?
Deactivation notices are sent automatically when you are no longer affiliated with the University at Buffalo.
Confirming your affiliation
CIT does not determine your affiliation with the University. To confirm your affiliation:
- Students: contact the Student Response Center
- Faculty, staff, and volunteers: contact Human Resources
Changes made by the Student Response Center or Human Services take at least one day to be transmitted to CIT.
If you believe you received the notice in error, please contact the CIT Help Desk (645-3542).
When your UBITName is deactivated you will no longer be able to use your account.
