Are you on the correct channel?
Check to see if your ResponseCard is on the correct channel of the classroom you are using. Try changing the channel on the ResponseCard.
Are you on the student roster?
If your instructor has asked for your device ID number and put the numbers into a list, you must be on the list for your ResponseCard to work in class. The device ID number may be typed incorrectly or not on the list.
Have you registered your clicker?
You must register your clicker for responses to be recorded.
