Can I share my card with a friend?

No, we suggest you do not share with a friend.

What should I do if my ResponseCard doesn't work?

Check the battery and replace it if necessary. If the battery doesn't need replacement, go to the University Bookstore to have the problem identified.

Will my device ID collide with the previous user's device ID if I buy a used clicker?

This can only happen if the previous user was in the same class as you.

I have a different brand (not Turning Technologies) clicker.

Speak to your instructor for instructions to register your clicker for class. The registration process for other brand clickers is different and you should not register your clicker on the UBlearns web site.
