Installing on Windows

1. Download the client
2. Double click on the anyconnect software icon
3. Click on Next on the Welcome screen
4. Click on the bubble beside "I accept the terms in the License Agreement"
5. Click on Next on the End-User License Agreement screen
6. Click on Install on the Ready to Install screen
7. Depending on your PC's security level you may be prompted by Windows to allow the Cisco AnyConnect Client to change your PC. Please accept the prompt to continue
8. Click on Finish to complete the installation

Initial configuration

The first time you launch the Cisco Anyconnect Client, follow these directions:

1. Launch the Cisco Anyconnect Client by double clicking on its icon
2. Enter ubvpn.buffalo.edu into the Connect to: box
3. Click Select to initiate the connection
4. Enter your UBITname and password when prompted
