UBVPN
UBVPN allows you to securely connect via on-campus wireless or off-campus ISPs such as Time Warner or Verizon.
Requirements
UBVPN requires a valid UBITName and password to connect.
UBVPN for 32-bit Windows
Most computers sold before mid-2008 came with 32-bit Windows XP or Vista. Directions on Microsoft's website can help you determine which version you have. Download and install the 32-bit version on these computers.
UBVPN for 64-bit Windows
No 64-bit Windows version available. On campus wireless users can connect securely using via UB_Secure.

Installation
Use the default options and installation location when you install UBVPN.
Windows XP installation
You do not need to uninstall previous versions of UBVPN. If you want to uninstall the previous version of the UBVPN:
- Click Start and select Control Panel
- Select the VPN Client and select Uninstall or Remove.
Windows Vista installation
You must uninstall previous versions of UBVPN. UBVPN does not support Windows Vista 64bit.
