PuTTY is a secure telnet client for Windows utilizing the SSH protocol. It lets you connect to remote UNIX systems, such as UBUnix, from your PC. After providing your UBITName and Password to log on to the remote computer, you can enter commands that will be executed as if you were entering them directly on the remote computer.
