Maple is a mathematical application that supports symbolic and numeric computation and graphics. You can download Maple for personal use or use it on a Public IT workstation.

• Students who have paid the Comprehensive fee
• Faculty
• Faculty Student Association employees
• Geographic Full time Faculty
• State employees (UUP, CSEA, MC, PEF)
• SubBoard I (SBO) employees
• Research Foundation employees
• UB Foundation employees

Important Installation Notes

• Stay connected to the Internet while installing Maple
• Determine whether your computer is 32 or 64 bit. Directions on Microsoft's website can help you determine which version you have
• Copy the purchase code when it appears in a second window; you must enter it later in the installation
• Select Single User license
• Use your UBITName@buffalo.edu when completing the email address registration field
