Installing on your Mac

1. Download the client
2. Double click on the anyconnect software icon
3. Double click on the vpn drive on the Desktop
4. Double click on the vpn.pkg file
5. Click Continue to all the package to determine if the software can be installed
6. Click Continue to on the Welcome screen
7. Click Continue on the Software License Agreement
8. Click Agree to accept the software license agreement
9. Click Install on the Standard Install screen
10. Enter your password to authorize the installation
11. Click Close to complete the installation

Initial configuration

The first time you launch the Cisco Anyconnect Client:

1. Launch the Cisco Anyconnect Client by double clicking on its icon
2. Enter ubvpn.buffalo.edu into the Connect to: box
3. Click Select to initiate the connection
4. Enter your UBITname and password when prompted
