Maple is a mathematical application package that supports symbolic and numeric computation and graphics.

Maple is available to:

• Students who have paid the Comprehensive fee
• Faculty
• Faculty Student Association employees
• Geographic Full time Faculty
• State employees (UUP, CSEA, MC, PEF)
• SubBoard I (SBO) employees
• Research Foundation employees
• UB Foundation employees

Important Steps When Installing:

• Stay connected to the Internet so you can activate your license immediately after installing Maple.
• When the Maple 16, 15 or 14 installer opens, double-click the file ClickMeFirst in order to view the Purchase Code.
• Double-click UBMaple16Installer, UBMaple15Installer or Maple14Installer. Follow the usual installation steps, except as noted below:
• Choose Single User License when prompted.
• Enter the Purchase Code contained in the ClickMeFirst file that you opened earlier, and select No.
• Enter all requested information in the required registration fields (identified in red and with an asterisk).

Run from My Virtual Computing Lab Instead

You can run Maple from My Virtual Computing Lab instead of installing it.
