Symantec AntiVirus protects files by automatically removing viruses, worms and Trojan horses. Symantec AntiVirus cannot be installed if another anti-virus program is on your computer.

License Agreement

Symantec AntiVirus is licensed to all students paying the technology fee, faculty, and staff at the University at Buffalo. Faculty and staff are licensed to install Symantec AntiVirus software on university and personally owned computers for academic or work-related purposes. Faculty and Staff must be employed by the state, UB Foundation, Research Foundation, Faculty Student Association, the Practice Plans, or have Geographic Full Time Faculty status.
