Norton AntiVirus protects files by automatically removing viruses, worms and Trojan horses. Norton AntiVirus cannot be installed if another anti-virus program is on your computer.

License Agreement

By downloading the software, you confirm that you have read the license agreement and you agree to and acknowledge the terms of the license agreement. You understand that sharing the software with others is an offense.

This software can not be downloaded and stored in a shared file space.

Norton AntiVirus is licensed to all students paying the technology fee, faculty, and staff at the University at Buffalo. Faculty and staff are licensed to install Norton AntiVirus software on university and personally owned computers for academic or work-related purposes. Faculty and Staff must be employed by the state, UB Foundation, Research Foundation, Faculty Student Association, the Practice Plans, or have Geographic Full Time Faculty status.

  • Geographic Full time Faculty
• State employee (UUP, CSEA, MC,PEF)

• Research Foundation employees
• UB Foundation employees
