VOIP Training
Overall, evaluations of the VoIP training sessions that began in April 2008 have been favorable with a low number of Actual Responses falling below the Desired Response Range. The Average Responses to Date have also been favorable indicating that the training sessions, the VoIP Training Quick Reference handout and the training slides have been helpful to attendees in understanding how to use their VoIP telephone. The on-going training sessions continue to be modified based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
