Videoconferencing

The Multipoint Conferencing Unit (MCU) is used to connect multiple classrooms and research sites. It can support many concurrent conferences, using a wide range of supported technologies: telephone only (with or without web-ex desktop sharing services), or full motion videoconferences with or without data sharing (e.g. virtual surgery). It is available for internal UB faculty, staff and student use, or by external partners.
