How much space do I have for my email?
Your email quota is 150mb. You can check and manage your email space usage at our quota page.
Can I get additional email quota?
Quota increase requests are handled on an individual basis. Contact the CIT Help Desk for more information.
You can receive messages up to 25MB
Any email (message and its attachments) you receive must be no larger than 25mb. Any email message over 25mb will not be accepted by the Central Email system.
You can send messages up to 150MB
We limit outgoing email message size (including all attachments) to a maximum of 150mb.
UBmail attachment size limit is 15MB
Individual attachments to email messages sent via UBmail cannot be over 15mb in size. You may send several smaller (2-3mb) attachments in a single message which add up to over 15mb.
