There was a problem printing my document; what do I do?
Talk to your nearest consultant as soon as possible. Public site and printing consultants have the tools to reprint all or part of your document from the print server queue at no additional expense to you. For example, if part of your document was damaged or missing, we can reprint your document.
We can only reprint your original document from the printer queue. Your document remains on the print server queue for only 24 hours, so time is of the essence. This reprint service is not available if the problem is caused by anything other than a printer malfunction (e.g., a poor-quality original source).
