Printing problems
Documents with an odd number of pages are rounded up
A bug causes IE and some older versions of Word to misreport the number of pages when printing documents with an odd number of pages. Printing documents with an odd number of pages in Internet Explorer and older versions of Microsoft Word will result in a debit to your iprint quota for an extra blank page.
This issue does not apply to PDFs opened in IE.
We recommend printing webpages from Firefox to avoid this issue. Microsoft Word users should update to correct the misreporting.
