Host on Demand (HOD)

Internet Explorer 8 incompatibility issues and risk management

Microsoft has designated Internet Explorer 8 as a high priority update in the Windows Update process. The Host On Demand (HOD) vendor does NOT yet support Internet Explorer 8 (IE8).

We cannot guarantee that IE8 will work with HOD on your workstation.

The HOD Support Team has performed some testing with using IE8 to access HOD. In most cases, it seems to work without an issue. This testing ws limited in the equipment and configurations. Your experience with HOD and IE8 may vary.

We will continue to advise customers as updates are available to us regarding the support of HOD with IE8.
