"Email: Entry not verified by account owner"

Your online directory entry has several email fields to allow you maximum flexibility in publishing your email address. By default, student directory entries also contain the phrase "Email: Entry not verified by account owner."

You can remove the phrase by following these steps:

1. Update your entry in the directory
2. Alter your Preferred EMail Address slightly by changing the .edu to .EDU or buffalo to Buffalo
3. Enter your password
4. Send the changes

The minor change will update your directory entry and remove the "Email: Entry not verified by account owner" phrase. You may change your Preferred EMail Address back to the original state if you choose.
